A. Withdrawal instructions
Introduction

Consumers – that is, any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed professional activities – have the right to withdraw from a contract under the following conditions:

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us

Inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs. Exceptions are additional costs arising because you chose a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us.

The refund will be made promptly and at the latest within fourteen days from the day we receive the notification of your withdrawal.

For the refund, we use the same payment method you used in the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. You will not incur any fees for this refund.

We may refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back – whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.

Return costs

You, as the customer, bear the immediate costs of returning the goods yourself.

Unpaid returns will not be accepted. Please send the goods back to us sufficiently stamped and securely packaged.

Conditions for return

A return can only be accepted if the product is in its original packaging, complete, unused, undamaged, and unopened.

The product must be returned in the condition in which it was delivered. Opened, unpacked, used, damaged, or contaminated products are excluded from return.

Please return the goods with all accessories, all packaging components, and in suitable protective packaging.

Note on opened, inspected, and used products

Opening, unpacking, or using the product may result in the exclusion of the return or a claim for compensation for the reduction in value incurred.

If the goods have been opened, unpacked, used, damaged, contaminated, or returned in a condition that causes a reduction in value beyond a simple visual inspection, we reserve the right to refuse a partial or full refund.

Additional note for hygiene and health products

For goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, there is no right of withdrawal if the packaging, seal, or protective film has been opened, removed, or damaged after delivery.

If a hygiene, protective, or original seal has been removed, opened, or damaged, a return is excluded for hygienic reasons.

General information

Please avoid damage and contamination of the goods.

Please do not send the goods back postage due.

Please note that we cannot accept returns of opened, unpacked, used, damaged, or contaminated products.
